FEES

Fees From 1^st January 2023

• Adults £65 first appointment £55 thereafter
• Children and Babies £55 first appointment £45 thereafter

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by CARD or BACS. I accept Cash.

Please note that:

• You do not need a referral from your GP to see me if you are self-funding; osteopath are trained in Primary Care and diagnosis, and recognised as Allied Health Professionals by the NHS.

HEALTH INSURANCE

Osteopathy is a recognised treatment by major health insurers such as Aviva, BUPA, Cigna, Vitaility and WPA.

Talk to your health insurance provider about their requirements for paying your treatment costs.

Some insurers may  require you to have a GP referral letter.

CANCELLATIONS

• Please give at least 24hours notice. If your cancellation is shorter than 24hours, eg due to illness, I will ask you to pay 50% of the fee, unless exceptional circumstances. Short term cancellations are lost income for me. 

• If you do not attend your appointment and have not cancelled beforehand, please note that the full fee is due, unless it is a personal emergency; in this case please get in touch and let me know.
• That said, we will usually go by the following guidelines:
• First missed appointment: no charge
• Second missed appointment: 50% of fee due
• Third and further missed appointments: Full fee due
