What’s better than the healing power of yoga, wild swimming and a wood-fired sauna to rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit…
In the heart of our farm lies a unique space of pure serenity; our wood fired sauna and invigorating wild swim lake. Take a refreshing dip in the lake’s rejuvenating waters before rewarming in our wood-fired sauna which boasts a beautiful glass fronted view of the lake. There’s also a heated shower to embrace the outdoors all year round.
The combination of cold water immersion & heat from the sauna supports cardiovascular health, provides relief from achy muscles, reduces pain & inflammation and strengthens the immune response by aiding circulation and boosting energy. As well as spending time in nature it also provides a natural hit of endorphins, the happy hormones, which give an unmistakably thrilling feeling and sense of euphoria. Boosting these feel-good chemicals in the body can also help to manage anxiety, stress and depression and provide a sense of rejuvenation.
Experience moments of joy, peace and inspiration with every visit, surrounded by nature.

What you can expect from my class?
Monday Evenings
7.30-8.45pm Hatha Vinyasa – linking hatha postures through vinyasa flow which simply means linking the breath with movement as we flow through a series of postures. (Suitable for all, beginners welcome)

I guide you through a mix of flowing and static asana (postures) designed to open your body, improve strength, flexibility and energetic flow. You’ll be encouraged to find your edge physically and also offered teachings on yoga philosophy, energy systems and how a connection with the breath can be a valuable tool in life.
At the end of class you enjoy a well deserved relaxation.

Early on
My yoga journey began in India in 2005 and I have never looked back. I have been teaching asana, pranayama and meditation since 2011 and am a fully qualified BWYQ Teacher.
I want to share my passion for yoga and believe in providing an opportunity for everyone to experience yoga. My classes draw on several styles of Yoga including classical hatha, astanga and vinyasa yoga. There is no need to sign up for a course. Yoga classes are “drop-in” £12 or £50 for a block of five.
