FEES

Fees From 1^st January 2023

• Adults £65 first appointment £55 thereafter
• Children (0-15) and Babies £55 first appointment £45 thereafter

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by CARD or BACS. I accept Cash.

Please note that:

• You do not need a referral from your GP to see me if you are self-funding; osteopath are trained in Primary Care and diagnosis, and recognised as Allied Health Professionals by the NHS.

HEALTH INSURANCE

Osteopathy is a recognised treatment by major health insurers such as Aviva, BUPA, Cigna, Vitaility and WPA.

Talk to your health insurance provider about their requirements for paying your treatment costs.

Some insurers may  require you to have a GP referral letter.

CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellations for osteopathic appointments. Please give at least 24hours notice. If your cancellation is shorter than 24hours, eg due to illness, I will ask you to pay 50% of the fee, unless exceptional circumstances. Short term cancellations are lost income for me. 
• If you do not attend your appointment and have not cancelled beforehand, please note that the full fee is due, unless it is a personal emergency; in this case please get in touch and let me know.
• Cancellations for YOGA, SAUNA & WILD SWIMMING. Cancellations and a full refund can only be made up to 1 week before your session. Late cancellations in the last week will incur a 100% cancellation fee unless your spot can be filled. Cancellations on the day will incur the full fee.
