Summer Solstice 108 Sun salutation practice

All welcome 🙏 (not suitable for complete beginners)

Please join me for our lakeside summer solstice practice of 108 sun salutations

6:00pm Thursday June 19th, with our wood-fired sauna and wild swimming as optional extras!

Please listen to your body and do the right amount for yourself, you can then enjoy a well-earned relaxation followed by the sauna and wild swim. Please bring a shared dish to enjoy together after.

Please share with your fellow yogis. You will be encouraged to listen to your body and practice your own modified sun salutations as needed.

If you would prefer to do less than 108 sun salutations, an alternative variation is practicing one round followed by visualizing one round. This is a wonderful way to balance being and doing…. This practice will be approximately 90 minutes.
